All clocksWhere every lamport goes
Every trade of TIME on pump.fun pays a creator fee. The rails split it on-chain, locked forever. The drop vault's half becomes TIME in holders' wallets, every 5 minutes.
Weigh your clock
The rules, exactly
- Start: hold at least 100,000 TIME (0.01% of supply) and your clock starts. It starts at your buy in the trade feed, or at the first check that sees your wallet.
- Checks: every minute the server reads every balance and the latest trades. Your clock ticks by the second in between.
- Buy more: your clock keeps running. New TIME starts earning weight from the next check.
- Sell or send any: your clock and weight go back to zero. Drop under the minimum and your clock stops.
- The drop: every 5 minutes (UTC-aligned) the vault spends what arrived, up to 0.2 SOL per drop, buys TIME, keeps SOL back for fees, and pays all the TIME it holds pro rata to weight, to up to 1,000 wallets.
- Leftovers: shares under 1 TIME, and SOL under 0.01, roll over to the next drop. Pools and the vault never get a clock.

Drop ledgerQuestions
Do I need to do anything to get drops?
No. Hold at least 100,000 TIME in your wallet and don't sell. Drops arrive in your wallet as TIME every 5 minutes the vault has something to spend. Paste your address in the checker to watch your clock.
Why TIME × seconds and not seconds alone?
With seconds alone, one bag split into 100 wallets would earn 100 times as much. With TIME × seconds, splitting gains nothing. Holding longer always earns more, and so does holding more.
What resets my clock?
Any sell, or any transfer out of your wallet (your balance going down between two checks). Moving TIME to a new wallet starts that wallet's clock from zero.
How exact are the seconds?
The chain doesn't record how long a wallet has held a coin, so the server checks every minute. Your clock starts at your buy if it shows up in the trade feed, otherwise at the first check that sees you. Weight counts from that first check.
What if the vault is empty?
Then that drop is skipped and nothing is paid. The vault only spends fees that have actually arrived, and every spend is public on Solscan.
Where does the other half of the fee go?
10% of every creator fee is bought and burned by Blueprint, locked on-chain. Of the rest, half goes to the coin creator and half to the drop vault.
